Technical Training
Simplifying cryptocurrency for beginners, I designed and produced 18 animated videos for Coinbase's public YouTube channel, earning over 55,000 views. These videos transformed complex topics like blockchain, decentralization, and digital currency fundamentals into engaging, accessible content for novice enthusiasts.
I created 400+ unique NFTs as rewards for quarterly crypto challenges, motivating learners to complete real-world cryptocurrency tasks and initiatives. This innovative approach led to a 300% increase in participation, significantly boosting engagement and driving measurable improvements in learning outcomes.
PRODUCT TRAINING
I developed Features, Advantages, Benefits, and 'Say This' (FABS) product sheets to equip the sales team with compelling, customer-facing talk tracks. These FABS sheets were strategically designed to support spring, summer, and winter product launches, ensuring alignment with seasonal goals and messaging.
SaLES TRAINING
I designed an engaging social media training program using Articulate Rise for 40,000 sales consultants. The training focused on best practices to enhance marketing and branding success, covering essential strategies such as posting with value, content planning, and building long-term relationships with online communities. It empowered consultants to effectively leverage social media for business growth.
SYSTEMS TRAINING
To uphold Pampered Chef’s brand identity and capture valuable data, I crafted a systems video to encourage consultants to adopt the new party invitation service. The video highlights key features, benefits, and competitive differentiators, empowering consultants to leverage the tool for greater business success.
I designed an explainer video, inspired by VH1’s classic pop-up style, to highlight the updated user interface and new features of CareerBuilder’s HRIS, Workday. The video streamlined navigation, reduced confusion, and minimized follow-up emails.
I developed 10 interactive Articulate Rise courses to empower employees with practical cryptocurrency skills. Leveraged the Show it, Try it, Do it instructional model to provide hands-on, real-world practice, enhancing learner engagement and skill application
healthcare Training
I engineered a comprehensive technology training program for ultrasound physicians, sonographers, technicians, and internal account managers, focusing on the latest advanced ultrasound software. By incorporating video, labeled graphics, simulated practice, and interactive elements, the training enhanced engagement and improved knowledge retention.
security Training
To meet legal requirements, CareerBuilder required employees to complete annual site security training, a traditionally low-engagement topic. To boost participation, I co-produced and acted in a comedic, story-driven video inspired by the popular crime drama CSI, highlighting key site security rules and regulations. The video went viral within the organization, reducing completion time by over 50% and significantly increasing engagement.
GAMIFICATION
I developed an interactive Crypto Memory Game using Articulate Storyline, featuring animated cryptocurrency videos for Code.org’s Hour of Code, a nonprofit initiative. This engaging project introduced children to computer science concepts while educating them about cryptocurrency in a fun and accessible way.
Behavioral change
I designed a viral behavioral change communication campaign using comedy to address missed life change notifications, such as marriage or childbirth, at CareerBuilder. The videos were viewed over 1,500 times internally, fully resolving the issue and ensuring employees received essential benefits coverage.
SOFT Skills
To foster continuous learning and development for CareerBuilder employees, I created over 30 concise, 60-second recap videos on soft skills like time management and dealing with difficult people. These videos, delivered days after instructor-led training, reinforced key concepts through spaced repetition, improving knowledge retention and learning outcomes.

To meet the growing demand for technology and engineering talent, CareerBuilder needed a compelling marketing video to attract interns. I produced, filmed, and edited this video to showcase the unique value of the internship experience, inspiring college students to apply and contribute to CareerBuilder's success.
Pampered Chef consultants shared feedback that finding themed assets for their virtual parties was challenging. To address this, I developed a video guiding consultants on how to locate and use themes through Pampered Chef’s online portal. This video effectively resolved the issue, increasing adoption of home office themes and enhancing the virtual party experience.
I crafted a quick reference guide to provide immediate, on-the-job support. The guide equipped sales consultants with actionable insights on key features, benefits, and competitive differentiators of the party invitation service, empowering them to engage customers more effectively.
